A cost-effective alternative to blinds and shutters is window film – it is a thin laminate film attached to the interior or exterior of glass surfaces such as windows. At Solo Blinds we offer a range of film window coverings which can control light levels, reduce glare, and increase privacy, security and thermal efficiency. We even produce window film with custom graphics so you can create exactly what you are looking for.

Types of window film include:

• Reflective: Can be single or double-sided, and has the same effect as a mirror
• Tinted: Ensures privacy and you can choose from our variety of colours and tint levels
• Opaque: Looks the same as frosted glass and can be added to any window, useful for meeting rooms or toilets
• Blackout: A cheaper alternative to blackout blinds, can be used for vision panels on laboratory doors
• Security: Strengthens glass so it can withstand significant amounts of impact, hinders break in attempts
